Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order a song and photo video from Special Song. Special Song is run by AI Elevation Ltd, registered in England and Wales, registered number 16067404, registered office 43A St Mary's Rd, Market Harborough, LE16 7DS. You can contact us at info@aielevation.co.uk.

What you are ordering

A personalised song and a photo video, made from the stories and photos you send us with your order.

Price and payment

The price is £30. AI Elevation Ltd are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. Discount codes are entered on the Stripe payment page. We do not see or store your card details.

Your photos and stories

When you order, you confirm that you have permission to share the photos and stories you send, including those of other people who appear in them. You keep the rights to your photos.

We may decline an order, for example where the content is offensive or could harm someone. If we decline an order, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel within 14 days of placing your order by emailing info@aielevation.co.uk. Because you ask us to start work straight away, we may deduct the value of the work already done from your refund. Once we have sent you the finished video, you can no longer cancel.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Using your video

The finished song and video are for your personal use, for example to play at a party or share with family and friends. We will not use your photos, stories or video in our own marketing without your written permission.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
