This notice explains how AI Elevation Ltd use the information you send when you order from Special Song. We are the data controller. You can contact us at info@aielevation.co.uk or at 43A St Mary's Rd, Market Harborough, LE16 7DS.

What we collect

• your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• the name of the person the song is for and the stories, memories and preferences you write in the form
• the photos you upload, which may show other people
• a record of your payment from Stripe, but not your card details

Why we use it

We use your information to make and deliver your song and video, to contact you about your order and to keep records of the sale. Our lawful basis is that we need it to carry out our contract with you. We keep sales records because the law requires it.

Who else handles it

• Stripe process your payment.
• Hostinger host this website and store your order and photos on their servers.
• Microsoft provide our email.
• We use AI music software to produce the song. The lyrics we send to it may include names and details from your stories.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your photos and stories until your video is delivered and delete them within 90 days of delivery. We keep sales records, without your photos or stories, for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@aielevation.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
